Living Dead Dolls Action Figures
Living Dead Dolls is a series of horror dolls and some are based on urban legend. Created by Ed Long and Damien Glonek, and produced by Mezco Toys, the first line of Living Dead Dolls was introduced in 2000.
The handmade Living Dead Dolls were called handmades by collectors and Long created the doll using his mother’s doll kit. Later on, with Glonek, they made 12 more dolls, which sold out completely. Today Living Dead Dolls action figures are a huge hit with those who love horror and unearthly toys. The first series, Series 1 was introduced in 2001 and ever since new series have been released twice each year. Series 17 has been released as of early this year. The main Living Dead Dolls action figures include:
- Sadie – a she doll with black-hair, black dress, white collar and almost the same as Wednesday Addams in appearance. The most commonly available handmade action figure.
- Posey – a she doll with blonde long-hair, in a long nightgown.
- Sin – like Sadie, wears a red dress, has devil horns and a tail.
- Bad Habit – action figure of a doll as a nun.
- Eggzorcist – a she doll in a bunny suit.
Some other Living Dead Dolls that haven’t been released this year, but are a collector’s dream include Unnamed witch doll, Tall Lady, and Candy Rotten. Living Dead Dolls are around 11" tall, made from plastic and sold in coffin-shaped boxes. Collect them now!
