Saint Seiya Action Figures
Saint Seiya is a character from a Japanese Manga series and is also known as the Knights of the Zodiac. Created and illustrated by Masami Kurumada, this is a story of five saints or Knights and often referred to as Kanji in Japanese. Each of these saints has adopted different constellations as their guardian symbols. Saint Seiya is one of the saints who represent the star arrow constellation. The story revolves around Saint Seiya’s search for his sister and finally ending up agreeing to fight in the Galaxian Wars. The Galaxian Wars is a tournament that involves Bronze Saints who need to win the Sagittarius Gold Cloth. During this time Saint Seiya also befriends some of the Bronze Saints like Shiryu, Shun, Hyoga, and Ikki. Seiya fights along with the Bronze Saints to protect the reincarnation of Goddess Athena. The first Manga series of Saint Seiya was published in January 1986 and it consists of three important parts: Santuary (refers to volume 1-13), Poseidon (refers to volume 14-18) and Hades (refers to volume 19-28).
