Jurassic Park
Jurassic Park is synonymous with dinosaurs. The movie Jurassic Park (released in 1993), was directed by Steven Spielberg and based on the eponymous book by author Michael Crichton. Both the movie and the book showcase what happens after some dinosaurs are genetically recreated for an amusement park. The sequel to Jurassic Park (book), The Lost World (1995) was adapted into a movie by Spielberg in 1997. Both the movies became huge hit and promoted a series of merchandise including action figures of dinosaurs like T-Rex and others.
