Marvel Legends
Marvel Legends is a line of action figure toys based on the various Marvel Comics characters. They were produced by Toy Biz from 2002-2006 and since then are being produced by Hasbro. All the action figures in this line are 6” or 15cms in height. Considered to be a spin-off of the Spiderman line, Marvel Legends came in clamshell packing along with a comic book, which was earlier shipped with the Spiderman line. However, since 2007, the action figs do not come with a comic book. The first series of Marvel Legends include action figures of the Hulk, Captain America, Iron Man and the Toad.
Since the start, Marvel Legends line of toys has introduced CHASE figs that are based on less recognizable comic books’ characters. Shipped in lesser quantities, these toys became much sought after due to the fact that they were rare to find. The other Marvel Legends lines include Build-A-Figure, etc. The person who bought these action figs would need to assemble them by putting the various pieces together. There were different lines of BAF toys released including Giant-Man BAF and Onslaught BAF.
